Refunds are conditional, not automatic
AdSenseReady's core product is a report — once it has been delivered, the service has been rendered. Because of that:
- If you ran at least one analysis and received a report during your billing period, that period is not refundable. You can cancel to stop future billing, but the period you already used is final.
- If you were charged but never received a diagnostic report — for example, a failed payment webhook left you billed without access, or a technical fault meant no report was ever generated — you're entitled to a full refund for that period. Contact support with your account email and we'll verify and refund within 5 business days.
- Refund requests are handled by us and processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor; refunded amounts return to your original payment method.
To request a refund, email support@yourdomain.com with your account email and the plan/date in question.
